The Roast Profile: Medium Roast

The USbrew Taste Test

How We Brewed It
We tested Lifeboost in a Standard Drip Machine and an AeroPress.
While it performs well in a drip, the AeroPress really highlighted the chocolatey depth. Because the beans are so low acid, you can use a slightly higher temperature (around 205°F) without fear of pulling out bitter flavors.
The Verdict
Lifeboost is for the person who treats their body like a temple. It’s one of the few coffees that people with severe acid reflux report they can drink comfortably.
