Our Mission: Connecting You to America’s Best Beans
At US brew, we believe that the best cup of coffee in the world doesn’t have to cross an ocean to get to your mug—it’s being roasted right here in our backyard.

The USbrew Manifesto
We Believe in the American Cup
I am not a coffee snob.
I have been making coffee in a Mr. Coffee for most of my life and I have loved every cup. But somewhere along the way — after trying a local cafe’s house blend, after tasting a small batch roast from a Pacific Northwest roastery, after realizing that coffee is a lot like craft beef jerky.
Different brands hitting different notes, no single perfect cup but dozens of great ones for different reasons and different moments — I started paying attention. It’s hard to pick just one brand.
Really paying attention.
And what I found changed the way I think about my morning cup forever.
Small Batch is Better
What We Found
There are thousands of independent American coffee roasters out there. Men and women who wake up before sunrise, who obsess over bean origins and roast profiles, who source directly from farmers they know by name, who pour their passion into every single bag they sell.
Most of them you have never heard of.
Not because they are not extraordinary. But because the coffee world — like so many worlds — tends to amplify the loudest voices and the biggest marketing budgets. The small roaster in Flagstaff Arizona. The veteran-owned operation in Nashville Tennessee. The family farm on the slopes of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The woman who started roasting in her garage in Vermont and now ships to forty states.
These are the stories that deserve to be told.
These are the cups that deserve to be in your hands.

Why It Matters Now
America is having a conversation right now about what we buy, where it comes from, and who we support with our dollars.
Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the United States. Most Americans drink it every single day. And most of that coffee — the big cans on the grocery store shelf, the drive-through chains, the massive subscription services — flows through corporate systems that have very little to do with the passionate independent American roasters who are doing the most interesting work in the industry.
We are not here to tell you what to boycott.
We are here to show you what you are missing.
What USbrew.com Believes
We believe your morning cup should mean something.
Not in a pretentious way. Not in a way that requires a chemistry degree or a $600 espresso machine. But in the simple honest way that knowing where something comes from — and knowing that a real person with real passion made it — makes it taste better.
We believe American craft coffee is one of the great unsung stories of our time.
From the volcanic soil of Hawaii to the precision roasteries of the Pacific Northwest. From the historic coffee culture of New Orleans to the emerging roaster scenes of the Mountain West. America is producing extraordinary coffee — and the people behind it deserve an audience.
We believe coffee is for everyone.
Whether you are brewing in a Mr. Coffee on your kitchen counter or pulling shots on a commercial espresso machine — you deserve great coffee and honest information to help you find it.
We believe small batch is better.
Not always. But usually. The same way small batch craft jerky hits differently than the gas station variety — small batch craft coffee roasted with intention and care is a genuinely different experience from commodity coffee roasted by the ton.
We believe in the Drink American Coffee movement.
Not as a political statement. As a values statement. When you choose an independent American roaster over a corporate chain — you are supporting a real person, a real business, and a real passion. That matters.

If you have ever driven past a small local cafe and wondered what was in that cup — if you have ever wanted to know the story behind your morning coffee — if you have ever felt like there had to be something better than the same three brands on every grocery store shelf —
You are exactly who USbrew.com is for.
The USbrew Promise
We only feature independent American owned and operated craft roasters.
No corporate chains, no foreign owned conglomerates and no compromises.
Every roaster featured on USbrew.com is there because we genuinely believe in what they are doing — not because they paid for placement.
When a roaster earns the USbrew Approved designation — it means something. It means real people tested it, real coffee lovers loved it, and a real American business is behind it.
