The American Craft Coffee Community
Are You an Independent American Coffee Roaster?
USbrew.com is the home of the American craft coffee community — and we are building something genuinely different from every other coffee website out there.
We are not a review aggregator, or a paid placement directory. We are not another faceless coffee blog that publishes whatever lands in the inbox.
US brew is a movement — built around one simple belief:
Independent American craft coffee roasters deserve a bigger audience.

If that sounds like you — read on.
What USbrew.com Offers American Roasters
1. A Free Featured Listing
Every qualified American craft roaster gets a free basic listing on USbrew.com — your roastery name, location, website link, and a short description of what makes your coffee worth drinking.
No catches or credit cards and no expiration date.
This is our commitment to the American craft coffee community — if you are making great coffee and you are doing it the right way — you belong here.

2. A Full Roaster Review and Spotlight
When we believe in what you are doing — we tell your story.
A full USbrew.com roaster spotlight is not a paid advertisement. It is a genuine deep dive into your roastery — your origin story, your sourcing philosophy, your roast profiles, and what makes your coffee worth seeking out.
These spotlights live permanently on USbrew.com and are shared across our Facebook and Instagram communities — putting your roastery in front of American coffee lovers who are actively looking for exactly what you are making.
We reach out to roasters we want to spotlight. You can also contact us and tell us your story — we read every message.
3. The USbrew Approved Badge
This is our highest designation — and it means something.
The USbrew Approved badge is awarded to independent American roasters who meet every qualification in our standard — and whose coffee has been genuinely tested and loved by our community.
When your roastery earns the USbrew Approved badge:
✅ You receive the official USbrew Approved badge to display on your website and packaging ✅ Your roastery is featured prominently across USbrew.com ✅ You are highlighted in our Substack newsletter to our subscriber community ✅ You are featured across our Facebook and Instagram platforms ✅ You become part of the growing USbrew Approved family of America’s best independent roasters

Roasters do not apply for the USbrew Approved badge — they earn it. We test, we taste, and we decide based on one simple question: would we recommend this coffee to someone we care about?
If the answer is yes — the badge is yours.
The USbrew Approved Qualifications
We keep these simple — because the best things usually are.
To be considered for USbrew Approved status a roastery must meet ALL of the following:
1. American Owned and Operated Your roastery must be independently owned and operated by Americans. No corporate chains and no foreign owned parent companies.
2. Small Batch and Craft Focused You are not roasting coffee by the ton for grocery store shelves. You are a craft operation — focused on quality over volume — where the person who owns the roastery genuinely cares about every bag that goes out the door.
3. Quality Sourcing Relationships You know where your beans come from. You have real relationships with your suppliers — whether that is a single origin farm in Ethiopia, a cooperative in Guatemala, or a family operation in Costa Rica. You are not buying commodity bulk beans and slapping a label on them.
4. Passion Driven This one is harder to define — but you know if it applies to you. You did not start your roastery because it seemed like a good business opportunity. You started it because you genuinely love coffee and you wanted to share something real with the people who drink it.

Why Join the USbrew Movement?
Here is the honest answer — right now USbrew.com is a growing community. We are building something from the ground up — with authenticity and integrity at the center of everything we do.
Not offering you a million page views today.
We are offering you something that becomes more valuable every single day — a permanent home in a community of American coffee lovers who are actively looking for roasters exactly like you.
The roasters who join the USbrew movement now — in the early days — will be the ones who helped build it. And that means something.
As our community grows — and it is growing — being USbrew Approved will carry more and more weight with American coffee lovers who trust our recommendations!!
